Patchvoice ("we," "our," "us") is a service operated by Tiberias Enterprises, a California S-Corp with its registered address at 2801 Thomas St, Los Angeles, CA 90031.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website (patchvoice.com), inquire about our services, or become a customer.
Information we collect
When you visit our website
- Standard server log information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- We do not use cookies for tracking beyond essential session cookies for our payment processor (Stripe)
- We do not use third-party analytics that share data with advertising networks
When you inquire about our services
- Your name, email, and any information you provide in your inquiry
- The communication content (your messages, our responses) for service quality and recordkeeping
When you become a customer
- Business name, contact info, EIN (if applicable for invoicing)
- Configuration data for your AI receptionist (services, hours, FAQ responses)
- Call logs and recordings as managed by Synthflow on your account (we have read access; Synthflow has primary custody)
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we don't store card data)
Information about prospects (if we contacted you via cold outreach)
If you received a cold email or video from us, we collected publicly-available business contact information from Google Maps or similar public sources. Specifically:
- Business name (as listed publicly)
- Business phone (as listed publicly)
- Business website
- Business address
- Public review information
We do not collect personal information about you as an individual.
How we use information
- Service delivery: to provide the AI receptionist setup service you've paid for
- Communication: to respond to your inquiries, send invoices, notify you of important account changes
- Improvement: to improve our services based on patterns (in aggregate; not individual tracking)
- Compliance: to comply with legal obligations (tax records, regulatory filings)
We do not:
- Sell your information to third parties
- Share your information with advertising networks
- Use your information to train AI models that aren't related to your service
Who we share information with
Service providers we use to deliver our service:
- Stripe for payment processing (their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy)
- Synthflow for the AI voice platform if you become a customer (synthflow.ai)
- Twilio for telephony if you become a customer (twilio.com)
- Google Workspace for our email infrastructure
- Instantly.ai for our cold outreach tooling if you received a cold email from us
Other:
- Legal authorities, if compelled by valid legal process
- Business successors, if we sell or merge the business, your information transfers under the same Privacy Policy
We do not share information with marketing companies, data brokers, or advertising networks.
How long we keep information
- Prospect information (from cold outreach lists): retained for up to 18 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner
- Customer information: retained for the duration of our service relationship plus 7 years (for tax/compliance recordkeeping)
- Aggregated analytics: retained indefinitely in aggregate form (no individual identification)
Your rights
If you're a California resident (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of any sale of personal information (we don't sell; this is automatically satisfied)
- Non-discrimination if you exercise your rights
To exercise these rights: email hello@patchvoice.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We respond within 30 days.
If you're an EU/EEA/UK resident (GDPR / UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and request portability of your data.
Note: we target US businesses for our service, so we typically don't process EU resident data. If we accidentally collected your information through scraping, please contact us and we'll delete promptly.
For everyone (US, regardless of state)
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time
- You can ask us to correct inaccurate information
- You can ask us what information we hold about you
- You can opt out of our marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us directly)
Cold outreach specifically
If you received a cold email or video from us:
- We collected your business contact info from public sources (Google Maps, your website)
- The information was used to send you a sales inquiry
- You can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or by replying with "remove" or "unsubscribe"
- Once you opt out, we delete your record from our outreach list within 10 business days (per CAN-SPAM)
If you'd like us to delete your record entirely (not just opt out of future emails), email hello@patchvoice.com with "Delete my record" in the subject line.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- Encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS) for all communications
- Encrypted storage at rest for stored data
- Limited access on a need-to-know basis
- Stripe handles payment data (we never see card numbers)
- Multi-factor authentication on our service accounts
No system is 100% secure. We notify affected users promptly if a breach occurs that affects their information.
Children's privacy
Our service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are posted to our website with the updated effective date. For customers: we'll email you about material changes that affect your data.
